Your Beam impression kit helps the dentist to create a personalized plan of treatment that you can use to straighten your teeth at home. 

Your progress is monitored throughout your treatment through remote monitoring. You simply upload photos throughout your teeth straightening journey.


How to use the home teeth impression kit

Our impression kit comes with easy to follow instructions. However, here’s the high-level steps you will follow. The whole process takes around 10-15 minutes.

  • First, brush and rinse your mouth and teeth to ensure that there are no deposits.

  • Take out the upper impression tray and fit it over your teeth. 

  • Place the tray carefully into your mouth. Ensure that the tray covers all your teeth right to the last molar while your lip covers the interior of the tray in the front.

  • Leave the impression tray in  for around four minutes to ensure you take a clear impression.

  • Carefully take out your impression and examine the impression to ensure it meets requirements i.e. a single clear dental impression has been left on the putty. Be careful there isn’t a double indentation which can happen if the tray slips during the impression taking process.If your impressions meet requirements then ship them back to us using your free pre-paid shipping envelope. Make sure to store them so they aren’t damaged during transit.
